DO NOT use knives or metal utensils to avoid marks and scratches on the product's vitrified surface. Use the product on the burner of the appropriate size: this will ensure more even cooking and reduce the risk of damage to handles and sides. Cooking over medium or low heat produces the best results. Gradually heat the product to achieve extraordinary flavors and even cooking. Always lift the product to place, move, or remove it from the surface. Cleaning guide: Wait for the product to cool completely before you start cleaning it. Remove any residue from the base and side walls of the product. For stubborn food residues, fill the product with warm soapy water and let it soak for 15-20 minutes before washing as usual. Do not use abrasive cleaners or metal, abrasive sponges, or very hard and stiff brushes to clean any surfaces. After washing, dry the product thoroughly and store it in a dry place.
