In/taglio is a series of cutting boards/centerpieces in which an unusual combination of raw Canaletto walnut and some porcelain stoneware elements is proposed, signed by Patricia Urquiola for the refined catalog of the Mutina company, recessed and fixed together inside a thin steel base with a small containment edge. This is
how unique, elegant objects are born, to be used simply in the kitchen and then brought directly to the table, to serve in a completely original and surprising way.
Patricia Urquiola's refined decorations give an imprint of refined creativity to a very simple and linear object.
The choice to use products signed by Ceramiche Mutina for KnIndustrie objects was natural: both companies apply a similar production method focused on research in materials, experimentation with innovative technologies, In/Cut Instructions

Wash the cutting board after each use
• do not use abrasive powders and/or scouring pads to wash; just use warm water and a sponge soft with a minimum amount of neutral detergent • do not wash in the dishwasher
• let it dry In/Cut before storing it carefully
• avoid shocks
• follow the following instructions for maintenance of the cutting board; it is good to oil the product every 2 months, without the use of chemicals, but with simple olive oil.
Pour a light layer of oil on the wooden surface of the board and let it rest for at least an hour.
This can be repeated several times.
Once the oil is absorbed, wipe the board with a dry cloth.
