History of the producer
Pujje Company is born from three young people’s love for their country. They are an agronomist and agricultural entrepreneur specialized in the olive oil production as well as food. A manager successfully in charge of his family industrial business and, last but not least, a communication expert with an innate penchant toward marketing.
A great mix of expertise, management skills and creative energy brought to life an olive oil of excellent quality, a rare gift to bring on your table, surprising for the eyes as for the palate.
This project great appeal and originality is due to an exceptional care to every small detail. Its uniqueness is a result of the finest quality marrying a bold design.
Product grade definition: Cold pressed extravirgin olive oil, 100% Italian.
Cultivar: Coratina, Frantoio and Nociara.
Production area: Murgia Tarantina.
Extraction methods: Three-phase continuous cycle plant by water saving system and a operating temperature at about 20 °C (±2°C).
Color: golden yellow nuances completed with green reflections.
Smell: nose intense and clear, it’s possible to distinctly recognize olives harvested while totally green, with clean hints of fresh almond. Smell is herbaceous rich with herbs, artichoke and unripe fruits.
Taste: taste is slightly sweet, well structured with harmonious bitter notes of chicory and wild thistle, completed by vigorous peppery sensations of chili and rocket. Very fluid, finish envelopes taster with pleasant bitter almond note.
