History of the producer
Mussini Family is devoted to the art of Balsamic Vinegar of Modena production since 1909. In that year the first bottles found their home under the roof of the first vinegar factory in Magreta, Modena. Today, after more than a century, they keep on producing our precious Balsamic like then, respecting and following thoroughly those traditional methods handed down from father to son, but with a modern and certified structure based in the plains near the foothills of Modena Appenines.

Colour: intense brown.
Odour: strong and persistent, pleasantly acetic.
Taste: pleasantly sweet and sour, balanced.

Store the product in a cool and dry place, without sharp temperature changes and without exposing it to sunlight.
